Congress Avenue reopened after dead bird investigation

Not a great way to start a new week. I don't work downtown (thank goodness) but the idea of random dead birds in any part of the town is pretty scary.

They have opened the street so the lucky workers can go back to their offices. I can't help but think of the canaries in the coal mines.
