Interesting (at least to me) article in the paper this morning about the Nintendo Wii. Barbara was lucky enough to run across one recently and John was delighted to get one (plus the Mario Galaxy game from Harry and Jack, thank you James). With a little help John was up and running for several hours right after he got it.
I got all geeky and connected it to our wireless router so I could update the console and see the weather from the Wii.
My friend Andy bought John another game for the Playstation 3 console that my friend has at his house. John sat down with it last night and had a much longer learning curve. After an hour or so he was finished so he came into the other room with us as we finished watching the Hairspray DVD. Luckily John thought the movie was funny and laughed along with it.
