globeandmail.com: Cellphone user rings up $85,000 bill
A 22-year-old Canadian learned about cell phone bills the hard way. He racked up $85,000 on his cellular phone. He used the phone as a modem for his computer. That wasn't covered under his plan. The cellular company reduced the bill to $3,243 as a good will gesture.
